I experienced Earls last night for the first time. The building itself, wonderful atmosphere with a number of areas to sit depending how you wanted to spend your evening. The service was good, however, one runner who was bringing our food, never once asked who the plates belonged to, and we had to always switch. The only thing I can say was with all the female staff, the clothing that they wore not in an uniform style. Many ladies had such short skirts and very low cut tops. The server we had wore her long hair back, and she had a simple black top, and a long skirt appropiate for a young lady, which was 1/2 inch above the knee. The shoes that the ladies wore were so inapproiate for a restaurant. All long hair needs to be tied back. The servers need comfortable shoes. For the place that they want to have tone down the girls clothing. The female servers stated a total different tone to what is intended. I was not impressed with that. The hostess we saw when we left, 5 inches shoes, Really?????
