AWESOME
Wonderful helpful servers who know their stuff. Any questions our table had, were answered honestly. When wanting a suggestion on what to eat, the servers favorites were suggested and it was bang on.
Bad food, bad management, bad attitude.
I read so many bad reviews about this place that I needed to see it for myself. I was surprised that with my extremely low expectations that we were shocked with the poor food, the pricing, and the attitudes of the staff and management. I think the mangement has let the ball drop thinking they can do just about anything and it will turn out. I say this due to the fact the other restaurants the parents started are successful. The second generation however thinks they can do no wrong. However, this a 100% proof that they are pompous and ignorant.

A party of 8 of us went to celebrate a birthday. The decor is quite nice which gives you the initial feeling that the food and drinks should be on par... I stand corrected. First the waitress tells us there is absolutely no draught beer available as something is wrong with the lines. No big deal, I didn't want beer anyway. We order our drinks and appetizers which are not bad at all, especially the deep fried wontons and edamame. Next come the entrees which were all incredibly bland. The soup I had (Tom Yum with vermicelli) tasted like water with chili paste in it. One of the meals came with shrimp that were not cleaned properly and had to be deveined by hand. I suppose I can sometimes forgive the fact that all of the food had no flavour what so ever causing us to dump salt and srirachi all over it, but what was completely unacceptable was that the manager refused to come to the table when we asked to make a complaint. She also refused to comp the entree that needed the shrimps cleaned. The only thing half way decent about this place was the waitress who said this was her last week because she couldn't stand working there anymore. I should also mention the place was almost empty at dinner time... I'm not surprised. I wouldn't eat there again even if it was free. Please do London a service and shut down.
This was my first visit to Mein Street. I was really impressed with the atmosphere and service.
