Bad Service
I've been to this location many times, as it was centrally located for family dinners out. I'm not sure what the issue is, but the service here is always bad. There was one time when one of the ovens was broken, but they didn't say anything until we had been waiting for over an hour for our quarter chicken and chicken pot pie. I dug into my pot pie only to find it was still cold in the middle. They took it back and when it came back 15 mins later, they had just microwaved it. There was no apology, no offer for a discount. It's not a great way to do business.
