The Londoner: Authentic Italian Restaurant Moves Into Hyde Park

Residents in the northwest end of the city may not have to venture very far to taste some authentic Italian food.

Porcino opened its doors on Hyde Park Road just a couple of weeks ago and business owners Gino Parco and Dave Todesco are already serving up a storm. They ran a restaurant in Windsor by the same name, but decided to come and explore the market in London.

“We were looking for a change and we thought of London,” Parco says.  “It’s not too far from Windsor. We wanted to do something basic and authentic. High quality, but casual.”
